We are fully committed at S6H to provide support to all the young people throughout their time and we pride ourselves in supporting the students for their life after S6H. Not only do we offer a full UCAS support service to enable students to apply and get into their Universities of choice, the careers service is wonderfully placed to facilitate and help with apprenticeship applications.
We have students accessing Oxford and Cambridge, the Russell Group Universities but also going abroad to study in America or France. The process starts in Year 12 and throughout Year 13 as the young people make fully informed decisions about their future.
A growing number of our students are now moving onto Apprenticeships and the Careers staff help with these applications. The University applicants are well supported by the team of tutors. It is always with a heavy heart that these young people spread their wings after making lifelong friendships and relationships but we know they have had the full support of all our staff and services.
