Photography

What is our Departmental Intent?:

Photography may be defined as the creative journey through the process of lens and light-based media. This could include work created using film, video, digital image making or light sensitive materials. Over the next 2 to 3 years, you will:

Develop and refine your technical skill in both recognising and capturing photographs using digital, film and experimental photographic practises. Develop photo manipulation and graphic design skills in order to confidently create and present your work.

Research both traditional and contemporary artists and photographers and use that research to inform and inspire the development of your own body of work.

Present outcomes that draw your research and development into a logical and polished conclusion.
